2025 Women’s Cornerstone Retreat

The Cornerstone Retreat is a special opportunity for spiritual renewal and personal growth. This retreat allows women to take a break from the busyness of daily life, reflect on their faith, and grow in a welcoming and supportive community.

St. Pius X Church is excited to host its sixth Cornerstone Retreat for Women at the Carondelet Center in Latham, NY. This year's theme, "A Grace-Filled Invitation to Faith," invites all women of our parish and school community to deepen their connection with Christ and one another.

What to Expect

The retreat is a casual and welcoming experience facilitated by fellow parishioners who have previously participated in Cornerstone. Throughout the weekend, members of the retreat team will share personal stories of faith, followed by optional discussions.

There is no pressure to participate beyond your comfort level—you are welcome to share, listen, or simply take in the experience. Many women find that Cornerstone fosters lasting connections with Christ, one another, and the St. Pius X community.

Retreat Details

When: Friday, April 4 (5:30 PM) – Saturday, April 5 (7:00 PM)
Where: Carondelet Center, Latham, NY
Closing: The retreat concludes with the Vigil Mass in the beautiful chapel at Carondelet

Cost: $150 (includes meals and materials)
Financial aid is available. Please contact Fr. Walsh or one of the retreat leaders for assistance.

How to Register: Registration opens February 22 on the parish website. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged!

Who Should Attend?

This retreat is designed for women 25 and older in our parish and school community who:
-Want to deepen or refresh their relationship with God
-Are at any stage of their faith journey and looking for renewal
-Have been away from the Church and are considering reconnecting
-Seek meaningful fellowship with other women in a faith-centered environment
-Simply need time to pause and reflect
