The Beverwyck Vicariate (Suburban Albany parishes) is proud to present “Rooted” , a four night retreat event for youth & families on the theme of Eucharistic Revival. This four night retreat is sure to have something for the entire family. Spread out before during and after Lent, these events are designed to bring the realities of everyday life, both successes and struggles, to a place where we can encounter our risen Lord.
The first night of the retreat, Wednesday, February 15th from 6:00-8:00pm, is being hosted right here at St. Pius X. This night is specifically designed for all Middle School and High School Students in grades 6-12. Join us for a night of music, a keynote talk, prayer and an ice cream social to end the evening! if you are a St. Pius X teen you do not have to register early, just show up for the event and sign in! Let’s represent St. Pius X at this event!
So what are the other three nights and when are they? Check out the flier below for more detailed information but the topics for both youth and their families include how faith can help guide mental health and how do we balance faith with the busyness of a family schedule! We hope you will join us for all of these nights!
